They say "laughter is the best medicine" and it is actually quite close to the truth. Laughter boasts a long list of scientifically proven health benefits such as: boosting our immune system, preventing heart disease and lowering our stress hormones. Laughter, as it seems, may even help you to live longer! ☺️
