Creating a daily self-love practice

Yesterday we spoke about showing our own selves appreciation on Valentine's Day. How about we think a little bit bigger than that today? Why not make a little space for self-appreciation EVERY DAY? Today, I invite you to do just that. I simple "I love you" in the mirror takes seconds and helps you begin your day with love, and strength, in your heart. And if you can't sincerely say "I love you" to your image in the mirror, what other nice thing could you say to yourself?
