Ranting: What do we get out of it?


This is not a rhetorical question! :)

Do you know why we get that urge to rant? Is there a better way to resolve our issues?

Today I talk about the "Dreaded Drama Triangle" concept, taken from the book "The power of TED* (The Empowerment Dynamic), and how we can step out of the victim cycle.
