Your body is the most precious possession you own. And YOU are the only one who knows what feels right for it, and what doesn't. What type of clothes make you feel comfortable and confident, what food sits well with you and gives you energy, what physical training (if any) makes sense to you. You are the only one who has the ability to understand your own body truth and honouring that truth is part of becoming empowered.
Today, I invite you to become aware of this truth and, at the same time, check in if you are trying to conform to the truth/ideals of others.
