Let good habits simply happen to you

We believe that people whom easily create new and good habits have supernatural abilities, that they have a much stronger willpower than us mere mortals.

Fortunately, this just isn't true 😅 As James Clear explains in his book "Atomic Habits", normally, people who are successful at building new habits understand that they cannot depend solely on willpower to achieve their "habit changing" goals, and so they leverage their current routines and environment to get to where they wish to be.

Today, I share two tools from this book so that we can easily "fall into" new and positive habits.
