6 session group coaching program
INTRODUCTION
This 6 session program provides the tools to recognize and reconnect with your personal power by clarifying what self-empowerment means to you and by focusing your efforts on the sources that genuinely energize, inspire, and fulfill you.

This program is based on the premise that no matter what is going on in the world we are capable of creating the best situation for ourselves through dedication to our self-care, tending to the relationships we most value, doing the work that inspires us, and having a clear vision of what we most wish to grow in our lives.

Through our group sessions, reading assignments, and exercises you will learn what empowerment is, how it looks for yourself and how you can continually demonstrate this power in your life. As a result, you will have the ability to face today's challenges with confidence and create your future with fearless resolve.
DETAILS
This program consists of six, weekly, 90-minute sessions. During the week between each session, you will need approximately 2 hours to complete reading and/or other exercises. The program is for a maximum of 6 participants.
Location:
Video conference via Zoom.

Time and Dates:
Every Tuesday, from the ​20th of October to the 24th of November, at 7:30 pm until 9:00 pm (Central European Time)

Additional to each session you will receive:

A recording of every session (provided all participants are in agreement).

Copy of all reading material and exercises completed during our sessions.

Lifetime access to all guided meditations and other video/audio resources employed during the program.
Investment:
€720 plus BTW (or two payments of €380 plus BTW).
