Do you remember how around a week ago we created resolutions for this new year? Today we begin working on them! HURRAY!
Goals are achieved step by step by small little step. And even though an action we take may seem insignificant, every step we take will go into creating that bridge between our initial thought ("I want to lose weight this year") and achieving our goal ("Yay! I lost 10 lbs!).
Today is the day to take action.
