Laugh with me, will you?

They say "laughter is the best medicine" and it is actually quite close to the truth.  Laughter boasts a long list of scientifically proven health benefits such as:  boosting our immune system, preventing heart disease and lowering our stress hormones.   Laughter, as it seems, may even help you to live longer! ☺️


It is normal to think that we need some external inspiration to be able to laugh but, what if that isn't actually true? 

Today, I invite you to laugh voluntarily... with me  😉
