I don't know if you can relate but my mind is always playing around with at least seven ideas at once. About what I need to do for work today, what I want to do tomorrow, what part of my house needs cleaning, what snack am I going to take my daughter when I go pick her up from school... just to name a few. 😅
When we have a problem or situation we want to deal with, working them out in our mind can be overwhelming. A better way? Journaling. This is a way you can get everything out of your head on to paper and make a space for yourself, where you are able to work from a more objective standpoint.
In my experience journaling brings growth and, sincerely, I would not be the person I am today without this practice.
